Nothing in the Service, on our website, in our emails, social media, videos, webinars or support conversations is financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product. Recommendations shown in the app describe patterns in your own past trades; they are not advice about what to trade. Fractals Trading Technology is not a financial adviser, broker or dealer, and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulator. Because we do not provide regulated services, you will not be covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) for anything to do with Fractals.

Trading involves significant risk
Trading CFDs, futures, forex, stocks, options, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. CFDs and spread bets are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Most retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. Leverage can work against you as well as for you, and with some products and accounts you can lose more than your deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Cryptoassets are high risk and highly volatile. Many cryptoasset activities are not regulated in the UK, so you are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong, and you could lose all the money you put in. They can also be subject to hacks, exchange failures and sudden loss of value.

Past performance, including any statistics, win rates, expectancy, drawdowns, equity curves, estimated "potential" amounts or other metrics shown in Fractals, is not a reliable indicator of future results. Analysing your historical trades may help you understand your behaviour, but it does not guarantee improvement or profit.
Prop firm challenges
Prop firm progress shown in Fractals is an estimate based on the rules you enter and the data imported. Your prop firm's own dashboard and rules are what count. Fractals is not affiliated with any prop firm.
Accuracy of data
Metrics in Fractals are calculated from data you upload or that connected platforms provide. That data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and calculations may differ from your broker's. Your broker or exchange statements are the authoritative record of your trades, balances and tax position.

Example dashboards, sample trades, screenshots, figures and user stories on our website or in marketing materials are for illustration only. Results shown are not typical and do not represent what you will achieve.
