This policy forms part of the Fractals Terms of Service. It sets out what you may not do when using the Service. We may suspend or close accounts that break it.
You must not
Misuse the Service
- Access, or try to access, another user's account or data.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass any security or usage limits, except through our responsible disclosure process below.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, or build a competing product using it.
- Scrape, crawl or extract data from the Service by automated means, except through any API we provide.
- Overload or disrupt the Service, including through excessive API calls or sync requests.
- Upload malware or anything designed to harm the Service or other users.
Misuse your account
- Share your login, resell access, or let others use your account beyond what your plan allows.
- Create multiple accounts, or use different payment cards, to get repeated free trials or avoid a suspension.
- Share discount codes that were given to you personally, or use codes you aren't eligible for.
- Give false information when signing up or paying.
Misuse data or results
- Upload trading data you don't have the right to share, or connect platform accounts that aren't yours without the owner's authority.
- Fabricate, alter or manipulate trading data to create false performance records.
- Use screenshots, reports or shared dashboards from Fractals to misrepresent trading results, or to market signals, courses, funds or other financial products in a misleading way.
- Suggest that Fractals has verified, endorsed or certified your trading results.
- As a mentor, copy, share or use a student's journal for anything other than supporting that student.
Break the law or others' rights
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, market abuse or money laundering, or to make financial promotions that break the FCA's rules.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property, is defamatory, or includes other people's personal information without their consent.
- Breach the terms of any connected trading platform or broker.
Reporting security issues
If you find a security vulnerability, please email support@fractalsjournal.xyz (subject: "Security") with the details and don't disclose it publicly until we've had a reasonable chance to fix it. We won't take action against good-faith research that follows this process.
Enforcement
If we believe you've broken this policy, we may warn you, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious the breach is. Where appropriate, we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
